Reflecting Qatar's National Vision For 2030

Welcome to Cityscape Qatar

Qatar has weathered the downturn better than many economies around the world. In the years prior to Qatar’s World Cup 2022 bid, the government had embarked on ambitious real estate, construction and infrastructure projects. Following the success of that bid, Qatar has introduced over $100 billion in new projects, many of which are already underway including residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality developments.

Cityscape Qatar, backed by industry leaders, is an event that will support this continued real estate growth by providing a platform that will highlight high growth investment opportunities, showcase innovative products and underline sustainable developments.

Cityscape Qatar will serve as a platform to bring together international, regional and local investors, architects and designers, real estate developers, governmental authorities and senior executives involved in the design and construction of public and private real estate developments from Qatar and internationally.

Testimonials

We felt very confident about participating in Cityscape Qatar. The initial objectives were achieved, while the main focus was delivering high-end products to the end users. We would like to thank the entire Cityscape team for their professionalism.
Fahad Khalid Al-Ghunaim, Chairman and CEO, First Qatar
Cityscape has been quite an important event for our group and we have exhibited in most of the events taking place in Dubai. We are thrilled that the first Cityscape Qatar is now being hosted in our hometown Doha which again proves to be a reference and meeting point for global architects and developers. We feel that in the next year the event will grow even further.
Ibrahim Jaidah, Managing Director, Arab Engineering Bureu
We are for the first time in Doha, at Cityscape Qatar and enjoying every minute of it. As a 17-year old company based in Singapore and specialising in landscape design, we see it as a great potential especially when we offer our expertise and new products in a country with least nature scenery. Cityscape Qatar is an ideal platform for us and also a great way to introduce a new company to a new country.
Franklin PO, Chairman, Tierra Consis
This is the first time for us to join a Cityscape event together with our biggest competitors. The marketing and media campaign that has been used to promote this event made a great impact for us. We have definitely met our objectives and would surely be interested to participate next year.
Mohamad Charara, Managing Director, Atlanting Contracting
The emergence and growth of this country, shown by our skyline and honour roll of ambitious projects, is a testimony to the vision and guidance of His Highness Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al Thani, Emir of Qatar. This leadership has created the environment to enable our country to flourish and prosper.
Abdullah Al Bader, Director of Tourism, Qatar Tourism Authority
We are honoured to have our name associated with the first Qatari edition of the conference. More so, the event is a reflection of the seemingly never-ending successes the country has been witnessing. For Al Khaliji, our support of Cityscape is a sign of our unwavering commitment to the National Vision 2030.
Robin McCall, Group CEO, Al Khaliji
"For many of you, this was a first visit to Doha. Believe me when I say the skyline and cityscape that you see today is remarkably different to that of a decade ago, even half a decade ago.
Abdulla Malalla AL-Bader, Director of Tourism, Qatar Tourism Authority
Held for the first time in Qatar, this event symbolises so many things for the country – what it has achieved until today and where it is headed in the future. Cityscape is also reflective of the position that Qatar currently holds in the region and globally. It is not surprising then that the response has been nothing short of remarkable.
H.E. Sheikh Hamad Bin Faisal Al Thani, Chairman and Managing Director, Al Khaliji Bank
